I have been creating for as long as I can remember, from painting on canvas at age two, to designing and selling custom wallets in elementary school, to quilting, knitting, and printmaking during middle and high school. My undergraduate years focused on weaving and screen print, with my cumulative thesis exploring hand weaving on the TC2 digital loom for bespoke apparel.
As a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I hold a bachelors degree in Textiles & Fashion Design with a certificate in Computer Science. These two fields center around the core principles I enjoy: design, innovation, creative output, and the ability to apply a skill to create a usable product. I thrive on the intersection of ordered systems and creative vision, and innately find ways to meld the worlds of technology and material design.
